Seba has worked as a bartender for 15 years. He dedicates all his time to the art of mixing cocktails, but above all he’s passionate about service and elegance behind bars. He started studying and working as a cook and pastry chef, but the world of face-to-face service with the customer is one of the most beautiful gifts gastronomy gave him.
